My updated time has also changed to the 19th, but this isn't the first time it has changed. It started the 13th, to the 14th, then the 15th, and now the 19th. I called customer support on Saturday and the guy I spoke to said I should receive my shipping email that night (Saturday), I didn't...

Has anyone's order date (I'm guessing that's what it is) on the play store changed? I placed my order: Order Date: November 13, 2012 9:35:56 AM UTC-7 and my play store date has been changing: It still says it is estimated to ship today, so I hope it does.

I emailed Google about my order and got this in reply:

That's what mine looks like, so I sent Google an email and got a reply that said:

It could also mean, they won't ship it until the 15th.

Same. No conformation email, but my card has a pending charge and I have a shipping estimate for the 15th.

Check the order status in the Play store.
