My Samsung S4 I9505 cant turn its Wi-Fi on. The Wi-Fi button stays grey. I've tried everything - lots of factory resets, flashed different rom(boot loop), changed battery, turned Wi-Fi power saving off and so on. Is this a hardware problem or software problem ? Thanks in advance
