I did a complete factory reset last night, HUGE HUGE HUGE difference. Running faster, battery lasted all night and today with a lot of use before charging. The factory reset seems to be the fix. :) Kind of nice to start over actually.

Mine is AWFUL, never had a problem until this update pushed, and it's not APPs, it's the System causing the issue. Dammit.

Greetings everyone, I have a persistent issue with my DNA - constantly finding it to be on MUTE during calls. Even if I do not move it away from my ear it seems to mute itself and I am finding my customer saying "Are you there?" Thought it might be the proximity sensor being covered by screen...

I cannot seem to find a pattern to it, but I agree: Happens since the update, and even with the HTC charger and cord. ARGH-rivating! SIM issue went away with a new SIM card last week, but still having the slow charging message.

Manual update done, took just 15 minutes. So far Google Now is GREAT! Screen animation is awesome, love the new folder look! Smooooooth!

I called Sprint to cancel so they sent me an Airrave for free, so far so good at home. Now, if they would just get their LTE up and running, or at least improve their 3G I would be happy!!

All my roaming guards are off, but I still get the message CONSTANTLY, no sound, just a triangle in the notification bar that says I was on Data roaming. It's a pain in the ARSE. I live in a rural area and I am constantly going in and out of Roam, so I cannot pick "Sprint Only" or my phone...

Never heard that one, just a shot in the dark but go turn off all of your "motion" settings. Maybe one of those is buggy. I turned all of mine off just because I'm always on the go, seems like they could get me in trouble! :)

I was in Chicago last week, dropped calls one after another and tons of data connectivity issue. When I got out of the Chicago metro it started working better. Tower updates maybe preparing for LTE?

It's just Sprint. My son has the Verizon, wife has the ATT. They are both fine (all over, not just one spot). Sprint has to have the worst network in the world, but it's "unlimited" so it's the only choice for me. Dropped calls, stalled data, all standard on the Sprint network until they...
