this is a quite old trhead. did anyone find a solution? i have 2 card with same problem. one burned out on a Wave II (Samsung - bada os) and one on GS3. i dont know exactly when it came, but my feeling is that it followed a backup of the card to pc via usb cable (win7). copy probably interupted...
