I hate that. I don't have Google+ and I don't want it. And now I can't rate my apps anymore without it. This seems rather dictatorial and unfair to me, and I wonder what can be done about it. Also I can't seem to find anywhere to complain about this. Play store support? Non-existent, same as...

Really? And where is the actual form where you can actually ask them someting? I never found it and I don't think it's there. They probably don't wanna be distracted while making wads of money and figuring out how te evade taxes most efficiently.
