Thanks Diddy. :) And thanks all for the pointers and directions given, i think i have found out the source of the issue. I am using a 3rd party charger with multi-usb ports, and once i switch back to the huawei charger, the issue is gone. I think there is still some compatibility issues...

Re: Swiftkey typing issue when charging? mustang7757 : Yes, tried but no use. I even tried factory reset my phone, and the issue is still there. I am on Huawei P20 Pro btw. And it seems this issue only occur when i am charging the phone. And if I were to disconnect it from the charging cable...

Hi, just to check if anyone facing this issue with switftkey keyboard while the phone is charging. Typing on any key will output multiple random characters, and even backspace also, so making it impossible to complete a word. Anyone know of any solution to this?
