I've purchased pre-owned from T-mobile a couple times... kind of a crapshoot. Both times I had to return for an exchange because of minor functionality issues/quirks. I went brand new on my third purchase (HTC One M7). Great phone, but I just accidentally short circuited it... my fault.)...
