yeah thats the only thing i can think of.

ava-froyo v8 - i have done it before no prob but ths phone was bootlooping when i bought it - i actually got into trouble once i did the rom install it didnt fix the looping issue,.. im think maybe it was exposed to water or mositure honestly

i wish i could just walk in and return the phone like that but i bought it used and i dont have sprint i was using on cricket.. no usb sounds either.. hmm well either way i reallyyyyyyyyyy appreciate all your help - im happy that i atleast tried everything i could- i appreciate it much!

well its not the battery i tried 3 different ones- i think this phone just took its swann dive off the cliff- lol sucks..

i just tried to do it on a 32 bit XP machine( i was on my 64bit windows 7 laptop before) and it seemed to work it got through most of flash but then gave PU failed IMAGE ERROR - now the worst part is the phone wont even power on at all :(

no luck with that same results for both those- i have successfully completed 2 different ruu's so far but not the one you provided

ok . i think i understand what u mean- for some reason the ruu u gave me doesnt want to install- it hangs at "verifying information on your android device" and then to a USB ERROR- which is strange because the other 2 ruu i have will actually go past that to the flash process

please send it me whenever u can i will be googling and googling and googling and trying everything i can all night and into tomorrow before i give up.. do u think that file could help?im not sure why the other didnt flash recovery if it said successsful

after it asks to reboot i click volume up for yes and it just turns off and stays off- when i manually start into bootloader it hangs after i try to enter RECOVERY

oh sorry i meant that it didnt restart AFTER the update finished- i did the update and it said ok and all that and asked if i wanted to reboot-

shoot!!!!!!!! :( i think this phone is completely done for- i did that pc36img.zip and it said OK and said press volume up to update but when i did that it didnt auto restart- i had to get it back into bootloader and when i did i tried to go to recovery with no luck. just hangs at the white evo...

lol ok kool- thanks for hangen in there with me even if it doesnt work at the end im satisfied that i got the most help i could- im currently downloadeing the odexed version Supersonic_3.70.651.1-Odexed_signed_teshxx.zip am i supposed to rename it to pc36img.zip?

i have a card reader yes- and yeah device still shows up under fastboot devices
