I have the same issues in 5.1 as I did in 5.02, so no real improvement for me. I am definitely considering rolling back to KitKat. I have to clean RAM constantly to be able to play certain games. I have kept sticking it out hoping the next update will fix everything, but not sure they ever...

I had the same thing happen. The day I was going to finally install, the notification disappeared. Haven't seen it since. Go figure. Its my only phone so I waited until they created an update and wanted to update on a weekend... Waited just a bit too long.

My N7 has improved after the initial couple days. Removing some background running apps helped along with a partition cache wipe. There are times when its very slow and will sleep before an app loads. Its definitely slower than JB, but hoping for an update soon. Chrome is pretty awful though...

Lollipop is wreaking havoc on my N7. Chrome barely works. Battery is half gone in 4 hours. Can't really get much of anything to work smoothly. Ready to break open a KitKat bar and slap the lollipop to the wall.

Great suggestion, switched to NOVA launcher and its working better everywhere. I hope to be able to stick with lollipop now.
