hello everyone, thanks for the tips. I've tried to up load a picture but its not quite working.... Anyway, there is no actual physical crack. instead, like someone mentioned, the whole thing is black except for a section in the top right corner that is kind of flickering white and neon green...

So I called Samsung and they said they would let me send it in for free to evaluate it and if they find that the problem was due to a defect they will repair it for free, but if they find it was due to some physical damage then I'll have to pay to fix it. is this a good idea? Should I send it in?
