After further research, it looks like $15 is required to add tethering to this plan. Probably because this is technically an unlimited plan, since they throttle after the 5GB, instead of cutting off.

Yes tethering is included. Most all plans must include that now. Unless the plan is unlimited.

Unlimited data, that is throttled to 2G after you use 5GB (which is 4G). Edit: I'm probably wrong. You may have been bumped to Unlimited 4G for the same price as the previous 5GB of 4G cost.
