    It's ok I figured it out already, from a combination of people's replies here and Googling what an App Draw is, etc! Yes I am an Apple user from the UK, trying to help my mum who has only ever had Android phones. Was it obvious? 🤣. Thank you for your help.

    They were transferred from her old Samsung Galaxy S8 phone. She bought the A15 a few days ago and we are trying to get it set up correctly. The icons were laid out how they are when we transferred the data from the S8 to the A15.

    My mum bought the phone yesterday and I have been helping her set it up. As you can see, some of the app icons are missing and apps like Facebook and ColorNote are duplicated. Why is this please? Both versions of the apps work fine. Thank you.
