This solved the problem: change DNS Settings on your router as provided below. Worked like a charm. Almost did a factory reset per a Samsung Tech. https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using#configure_your_network_settings_to_use_google_public_dns

Will that help with this problem? I show a strong Wi-Fi connection, but Google Play, Netflix and Youtube all have problems with the Wi-Fi connection. I can still surf (websites, etc.) but Google Play gets hung up on "Downloading . . ." before getting an Error 495 Code. I've tried Apps--Clear...
