I have a Samsung network extender and my S23 Ultra connected to it with no problem. Is your extender at least a 4G model? Newer phones will not connect to a 3G extender.

Wiped the cache partition and still no WIFI calling or hotspot. Might be time for a new phone, sigh....

No VPN and this happens everywhere. As I said, the Verizon rep put my sim card in another phone and both features worked just fine. I am at a loss for what to try next.

No, I purchased it from Samsung, Verizon carrier option selected. I forgot to mention that this is also the 5G model, sorry.

My WiFi signal is great, usually over a GB down. Also, yesterday I exchanged my modem for a new one (Xfinity.) It has rebooted several times. When I was at the Verizon store, I was using 4G with strong signal. Neither feature works anywhere whether on WiFi or mobile data.

Not thrilled with the Pie update and REALLY upset at what was done to the stock text app! You can no longer use pinch to zoom in or out and there is no longer a setting to change the size of the font. I had to change the size of the text for my entire phone to be able to read my text messages...

The SD card was new when I placed it in the phone and I did format it after installing it, however I realize that doesn't mean it isn't now corrupted. I didn't think about that possibility and will replace the card. The odd thing about this issue is I can see the pictures and videos as thumbnail...
