Same here. Im about to go to the sprint store and see what they say.

Ive tried 3 different fast chargers mine and 1 that is practly brand new and one my buddy just bought last week. My charge cord will allow theirs to charge via a.c. but none will allow mine to. Im sprint btw. And yes fast charging is enabled.
