I have a Galaxy Tab S 10.5. It has been giving me a lot of low internal memory issues. I have cleared the cash and wiped the system cash by doing a soft boot. It says that I'm using a lot of memory in the downloads directory. When I go check, the folder is empty. How can I fix this?
