Hi, I had this problem too a couple of weeks ago.... I replaced the USB cable and my Fast Charge capability is now functional again! Make sure you get an upto date cable and don't rely on an old one, from an old phone for example, as they don't seem up to the task of fast charging. Hope this helps!
