I'm hoping Verizon releases more information. The "return or exchange it by 09/30" doesn't help much. Exchange it for what? When will the new Note7s be ready? What if Verizon doesn't have then until mid-October?

Stop. Just stop posting for 5 minutes and relax. Three of the four carrcars have made material, public communications yet you are sitting there calling and speaking to phone reps who know less than we do about this recall.

No, they are not all overseas. I suggest you wait for an official carrier statement rather than some rep on the phone. Verizon will be suspending the sales of this device, just as T Mobile has done.

Don't know what happened to my post, but yeah that would. I think it is just the nature of the curved glass and the metal frame. My overarching point is that it is not abnormal.

Also, remember that AMOLED does not have a backlight like an LCD so it is impossible for it to "bleed" light.

Anyone order a Note 7 in the past day or so? Are all colors really delayed until 09/07?

Can you try a Screen Test app from the Play Store? It displays a solid color and you can cycle through each color. It will be more evident there. Will prove that it's not a software glitch with the widget, etc.

Re: Note 7 has poor sound compared to note 5 Lol, every other post in this thread is speaker then headphone output. Speaker: this has been addressed above, but I don't think it's drastically different from N5. Perhaps, one notch of volume lower. Headphone: Like billykac, I am very impressed...

Thanks for checking out. Just seems louder than any previous phone. May go to a store to spot check.
