That's really surprising. Everyone I know personally who has a oneplus2, has been complaining of these issues (including me). It worked fine till 3.0.1 Beta, but after 3.0.2, it just messed up.

The last OS is quite buggy. Clearing the cache helps even a few of the bugs out. I suggest you roll back to the previous version, or flash a custom firmware like I did (Paranoid Android works just great)
