Hi folks out there, is there a way to use/test a Verizon LG G2 without actually activating it? Unlike iPhones, I can't seem to get past the activation process. I don't want to activate the phone.

No I have not used a Verizon SIM on the eBay bought phone. I was thinking of sending it overseas for use there and don't want to activate it on Verizon.

Where is Settings in the LG G2 version of Accuweather? Specifically I want to switch between C and F and also change the refresh rate. I see the settings in the Accuweather version in my Samsung tablet, but I can't find it in the LG G2 version.
