Re: are folks happy with their ebony backs I love it against the ebony, but I chose a white face, and the contrast between the white face and the blue speakers doesn't work as well as I thought. If I were to do it again, I'd go ebony back, white face and probably stick with silver or gray.

My car goes into Drive Mode as soon as it connects to my VW, so I have to agree.

I can't speak to the Note, but I previously had an SG3. My battery life was terrible. I was lucky to make it through the workday; I often didn't and would have to plug the phone into my PC. I had significantly better battery life with the OG Moto X and so far, I've been making it all day...
