Thanks davidc8. Like you my Moto G2 is 9 months old, bought sim free and running 5.0.2. It started constantly dropping Wi-Fi yesterday, and was also haemorrhaging battery while it tried to connect and re-connect. Turning off Bluetooth solved the problem instantly. I haven't seen this problem...
