I bought the Note 3 from Rogers, walked straight to a Fido store, put their SIM into it, and it works perfect! So this confirms that no un-locking needed if you buy at Rogers to use on Fido.

Brace yourself ....... I'm on a feature phone! It makes phone calls, sends texts, takes basic photos, and it's blazingly fast with a battery that lasts half a week! When I want the internet, I use a laptop. (This pattern should mostly change when I get the Note 3)

Firefox has been getting good reviews so I plan on trying that!
