Samsung s5 how do I stop whatsapp message preview pop up when my screen is on. The pop up is off on whatsapp but not on the phone if I switch it off I dnt receive the notification icon at all. Is there anyway of doing this? It was fine before the phone updated please help Posted via the Android...

Hi I'm having the same problem I want to turn off the whatsapp preview that appears when my screen is on but I still want to receive a notification that I have received a message. Pop up is off in the whatsapp settings. but when I turn it off on the actual phone I then receive no notification...
