Yeah Gazelle is only really useful if your phone is in pretty rough shape. If you have taken care of your phone and it's in like-new condition you are losing out on around an extra 100 bucks or so (according to your phone) from selling on eBay. Posted via Android Central App

Mine is out for delivery as well. It says it will be delivered before 7 pm, so I may have a while to wait.

I ordered within 30 minutes of the phone going on preorder and still got stuck waiting until Monday for the phone. Also, the phone is currently less than a mile from my house but they won't let me pick it up. Either way, I blame Verizon. They took way too long just to make the phone worse.

Same here. I got an "On Hold" email. I called Verizon and got them to charge my card. They did but no change to my account.

Well, they should have made a better phone in the first place.
