My Samsung T5 !0.1 has been doing the same thing. I opened the WIFI then selected Advanced. I changed the following settings: 1.) Keep WIFI on during sleep: NEVER 2.) Wifi Timer: set to off. I haven't experienced the problem since. Let's see if it remains fixed. I hope this helps.
