I personally won't be buying one, but if I were I would definitely go with the smaller one. Phones bigger than 5 inches just don't fit in my pocket comfortably. It's easier to use a smaller phone one handed too.

I'd make it look less like an iPhone. Smaller chin and more dynamic design for the back. I'd definitely keep the aluminum body though.

Re: Bloatware and updates on Verizons pixels? I would hope that it would get updates just as soon as Nexus devices did. If it doesn't it would kind of ruin the idea of these being successors to the Nexus, and potentially affect the decision of any customers coming from a Nexus device.

Not a huge fan of the looks, but I would still love to win one and use it. I think I would most look forward to a refined TouchWiz. Hope I win, thanks guys!

I have something similar. In some areas I'll have plenty of signal and it will all of a sudden drop to nothing for a few seconds and then signal comes back. It happens quite often when I'm in those areas. I've had 2 5X's (had to RMA my first one for a separate issue) and they both did this. I'm...

Personally, I love my 5X. My biggest problem with it is that the back plate has become creaky. That's fairly minor though. As regards to stutter or lag, I only have a stutter every once in a while. Posted via the Android Central App

I'd love to win this! My last Samsung phone was the Galaxy S4. It was a pretty good phone except for the software. I really want to try out the software improvements Samsung will bring with this phone.

The only thing I could think of is to unlock the developer options and play around with the animation speeds. Other than that it might just be signs of the device slowing down. The animations on my Nexus 7 are h bit jerky at times.

Has anyone gotten the OTA for the January Security Update on their Nexus 7 (2013)? I haven't gotten mine yet. I know the Nexus 7 probably won't see any major OS updates past Marshmallow, but has Google totally stopped supporting it even with security updates or is mine just taking a while to...

No problems for me. I took my 5X to an authorized retailer right next to where I live and they activated a new SIM no problem.

Yep, I got mine. It doesn't seem to get as warm as my last one, but it still gets warm. After seeing that, I think it's pretty normal now.
