Thank you SO MUCH, indeed the Acer ADB device showed up. I uninstalled it and Nexus 5 is now connecting beautifully.

I have now waited more than 2 minutes and nothing has showed up. Still only see the C and D drives. Also restarted my computer, but had no effect.
