I'm assuming you mean the Windows Media Player and yes, I have the most recent version. Still doesn't work and...no dumb questions as far as I'm concerned...that's why I wrote as I haven't been able to come up with an answer yet.

I am a customer of CSpire and wanted to update my merge to the latest and greatest version of Android (and I'm confused...is the 2.3 Gingerbread newer/better than the 3.0 Honeycomb?) and wanted to know if the U.S. Cellular version will work on my phone on the CSpire network?? Thanks
