Yes my phone was substantially brighter when I first got it. Now it looks much dimmer like 25 to 30% dimmer than it was when I took it out the box

If you have trouble claiming your credit on the shop Samsung app as in if it tells you your device is not eligible like mine did you have to uninstall the shop Samsung app and then reinstall and then it will work. $200 credit claimed yesterday

Got my tracking number overnight. And on UPS it says that it was picked up, origin scan, arrival scan, destination scan. I wish they would have just delivered it today but it says Wednesday the 4th. It's already made it to my city on the destination scan wish I could just go pick it up

I hope this thread gets more action soon, the last couple years we had 5 or 6 pages of comments by now .

When you get your new phone you just open the shop Samsung app and there you will see the promotions tab and there you will claim your credit but you have to have the new phone first.

Just preordered mine s20 Ultra with the priority status. I didn't get the overnight shipping but hopefully I still get it early. Can't wait to read all the comments this year and see all the updates about when everybody gets their phone
