I have an unrooted Galaxy Nexus running 4.1.2 JZO54K and it repeatedly fails to upgrade to 4.2.2 via OTA. I have factory reset the phone and this doesn't help. It seems that there may be an intermediate version missing (4.2.0?). I have downloaded the ADT bundle but I'm at a loss to know which...
