The first 4 characters are missing on the MD5, the rest is the same so it is only a typo.

Check the MD5s of both files, maybe you got a bad download.

Do you have Play Store? If not, then gapps probably didn't install and the home button doesn't work. Did you download the listed gapps on the first page? It is different from the last time. I do believe it is a lot smaller than before.

I had a problem getting gapps to install and everything working until I replaced the larger LatinIME in the ROM zip file with the smaller one and then using the 15mb gapps. Try what Zakman says to do in post #100 on page 4. Everything I've tried has worked for me except my bluetooth headset.

The square reader quit working after alpha 8. Several of us that use it were hoping TDM will look into it once this went to beta. I just installed the aokp and the cm9 nightly 20120719 and it still doesn't work. I notice that cm9 has actually gotten worse by having the swipe faster popup...

When I tried this, the Home button doesn't work and Wifi couldn't find any networks so I didn't get any further.
