I tried to insall the paid version from the market. It says it has installed, but I cannot find any evidence of it on my nook. I cannot get it to install. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hi, I've tried but cannot get slieit to install. I uninstalled the trial and bought the full version, but it does not install. I cannot even find the apk on the nook. It appears to have installed, but I see no evidence of that. Any help out there?
