My battery is absolute garbage

So I have a pair of Skullcandy crusher headphones plugged into my audio port, and when I am and when I am using note 5 to listen to audio files it plays in both my speaker on my device and in my headphones. I was wondering why it does that and if I can make it so when my headphones are plugged...

Will it scan the whole device and show all files? If I could use an app to scan my whole device for all files such as audio video and pictures I could go in to my files and clean it up if I knew the location of that file.

Okay so I downloaded a few songs to my note 5 and couple days later I was trying to play some of those files play the music files and now its not showing those files on my device. I was wondering if they have an app or way to consolidate all audio files and video files and put them into one...
