Yet another issue with this phone (sigh). Battery went to 0%, plugged in the charger into phone from wall outlet, and I get this screen which I can't power off to get out of: ""Firmware Update: Do not unplug the USB connection until the process is complete."

What?? Everyone drops a phone. Good luck finding someone who has never dropped a phone. It's normal to do. It's a reasonable thing to happen. LG knows that. Yet they built a lemon that becomes useless after one drop with a case on it. LG should put out a product that can be used day to day...

I had a useless Spigen Armor case on a now useless phone. I dropped the phone and it fell face flat. Gets a long crack in it and is barely responsive to anything, making it useless. You would think a company would make a phone that could withstand normal human use. Awesome job LG (and Spigen...
