I had the same issue and I also pressed the on/off button for my headset for 10 seconds and then it paired. I didn't have any idea what the muti-function on/off button was.
I have Verizon and I had the same experience trying to buy a watchface plus all of the tag heuer faces have disappeared as well! I did call Samsung and they took my email address and said they would send me an email when the issue is fixed.
