Re: Galaxy S3 Batteries... True. I just called Verizon and they're standing by that policy. But it was THEIR brand new phone that died in a month. Their lucky I didn't ask for an i5 (I probably wouldn't have gotten it though).

I talked to the supervisor at Verizon's online store and this their new policy when it comes to alternate replacements. It's crazy. I would think that if I bought a brand new 8X with a battery and battery installed, then I should at least get a USED phone with the same.
