Upgrade occurred two days ago. A few things don't work. Swipe screen capture has stopped. Tried everything and I mean EVERYTHING. I used it all the time... Can it be remedied? ???

All of a sudden I am costantly getting facebook popups telling me somebody said something to sombody I know. It is extremely annoying. I have followed some remedies but the crucial last bit, "extra stuff ", or whatever, is not on my menu. I am deleting friends to stop it, soon I'll be a lonely...
