    Hi Morty, thanks for the quick reply. It was dropped once from around waist level iirc. I tried power off and hard reset (power + volume down button) but no response. Yes, it is still under warranty. Will i be entitled to the warranty claim?

    Hi all, my phone became like this for no apparent reason. I tried shutting down and hard resetting but nothing works. Any idea on what's the problem? Thanks in advance
