    Hi, I have tried contacting Customer support in India .No one is picking call . Contacted throuhg mail to US support. I got reply that this phone wont work in US. So I have to at-last buy a new phone here :( Was not expecting this kind of service from this company.

    I tried putting sim of a variant of Tmobile that is " ultra mobile" . Still the phone is not working . It says "no service"

    Hi, My Xiaomi Redmi note 4G was working fine in India. Its not working in US. Is it compatible to work in US with at&t or T mobile sim ? Are there any settings to be done to make it work ? Thanks
