failed again unfortunately. but i did full factory reset and the phone came back to life (without all my apps, data). i made contact with seller and they said they will swap it with another one. so i am not sure if this is going to be refurbished or they'll put another firmware in there like...

Hi, i am in australia and I have same problem with my S10E G970U. i have downloaded Odin 3.14.4 but i do not know which firmware to get from sammobile. my carrier is TPG sim and i think this phone is Android 10. i also noticed phones in australia are G970F. pls help i just bought this brand new...
