I feel for you man, sorry to hear. Lesson learned, don't pre-order anything from AT&T again I don't get how you can guarantee the customer their device to ship by Oct. 14 when you are taking more pre-orders than actual stock allocated. and so much first-come first-serve joke. Quite the laugh,

So damn stupid they ship the phone through UPS with UPS Ground. Shipped on the 14th not expected till the 20th. 6 days lol. "Glad AT&T pays for saturday deliveries." Pre-order a phone, get it later than everyone else from the store.

I got the same thing. I shouldn't even have pre-ordered. Could have just went in store friday and picked it up earlier than a pre-order.

Well, it updated. It's the black one. Looks like I'll be getting it through UPS. Southeast MI. Anyone else get any being deliver from UPS? EDIT: After 20 minutes, it went to shipped. Got a tracking number.

Good to hear. I pre-ordered the same day as you and I also live in MI but im stuck with the "preparing to ship".
