I think what AC-QUESTION was referring to is this app -- see screenshot -- which I also found installed on my phone 2 days ago. Note: I have a ZTE phone (not a Samsung ) and had not downloaded any new apps in two weeks or so. The Blackhole app seems to be related to the "Bubble" app...
