    if you don't have any important files in the phone than do hard reset. When device is turned off press power button and volume down button notification comes. check it in Google search how to hard reset Moto x play. Don't keep internal storage full later on

    Moto Z Play or Oneplus 3

    Saw many people say the performance is almost same even with one plus having snapdragon 820 leaving heavy games. But multitasking is just ok in the z play. If you use your phone heavily switching between apps and playing demanding games than z play is not worth it.
