I only expect it because other phones seem to handle my multi-sync, multi-tasking needs fine. I still like the phone, it just needs software fixes to be considered the most powerful phone on the 'current' market.

i have noticed this as well, although not frequently. Still when it occurs, it's more than an annoyance as some notifications could be critical for my work.

I experienced the same... a barely noticiable click if I really squeezed on the side below the volume keys. i don't think it's a big deal, at least I hope it doesn't become one. Actually, I can't even get it to "click" now...
