I thought the Toq was cool... but Qualcomm decided to drop further support for it and keep the tools closed source. It may be a smartwatch, but it's pretty limited for one.

I'm interested in one of these because I work in higher education as an emerging technology specialist. I try to stay on top of new technology and would like to see how far the new chip can be pushed in education. And when I'm done with that, I'm going to play with it like everyone else here...

Granted they're still relatively different, I don't remember having any mms issues with Zefie's CM7 ROM. But I could be mistaken, I rarely use mms and I've switched from Zefie's to this one about a month ago now. I wonder if it DID work there, if some porting from that one can fix this one.

I haven't run into this problem before personally, but have read that sometimes switching between ROMS, especially between different Android versions, restoring DATA with the apps causes problems. See if it works restoring the apps WITHOUT the data. It's worth a shot.

No, I didn't mean the recovery. I thought I read the rom manager recovery will brick the phone or fail to install. There's a kernel going around on xda that everyone is suggesting but I found it doesn't play nice with the button fix for some reason.

If you flash the zip in the original post, it should fix the buttons. However I found that the fix won't work for xionia kernel v14. As for the youtube app, try reflashing. If you didn't format data too from stock 2.2,that could keep some apps from working right. Android 2.3.4 is the most...
