I ran into a couple other galaxy users with the same issue including myself one person had an SIII The other with the S5 on Verrizon running Marshmallow 6.0.1 and i also have the Galaxy S5 on sprint 6.0.1! The guy with the Verizon S5 brought his into Verizon dealer and just had the sim replaced...
