    Good morning representative, When attempting to download an app from the play store, I get the message "This app is not optimized with your device." This happened after a factory reset. My tablet is a Galaxy Tab A TM-350. Thank you very much.

    Error loading media. File cannot be found on Samsung Galaxy Tab A tablet. How do I fix the problem, so I can view the media file?
