Thanks mustang7757 and B.Diddy, I tried the above APN settings and no luck. On this Note 8 there is no toggle on the Mobile Network Setting for VoLTE but ther is a toggle in the easy-access pulldown settings (where you turn on wifi, airplane mode, etc) for WiFi Calling... I did have that...
