How do you not use that setting?

How do I know the aspect ratio of my phone screen? There were some lock screen backgrounds already in the phone and they are 1080x1920, but I checked and even those get cropped!

I have a Huawei P9 Lite. I managed to put a set of rotating photos as lock-screen using the "Magazine unlock" setting, but all of the pictures get cropped! The edges get cut out of just a bit, but I find it really annoying.. Is there a way to have the pictures completely shown? Or is there any...
